Fall Self Care Practices
Autumn is coming and I’m already so much in the mood to curl up with blankets wrapped round me,while drinking pumpkin spice lattes and watching all the spooky movies. I live for this season, but I know that’s not the case with everyone. So with the colder darker months coming up, that means less daylight and we spend more time inside.
I have two kids, 12 year old boy and a 20 month old girl. I also work full time, run my blog and Instagram, while doing daily chores and keeping up with everything. Oh while trying to read whenever I can. So handing good self care practices in place for those extra busy days are a blessing.
Self-care shouldn’t be something that you just check off your to-do list for the day. Instead, you should make it a priority so that it’ll become more of a lifestyle. I’m going to share some self care practices to help lighten your mood.
Practice self care every day
1. Develop A Thorough Skincare Routine //
2. Get Outside & Enjoy The Fresh Air //
3. Declutter your home //
4. Baking or trying out a new recipe //
5. Burn your favorite fall scented candle and read a good book //
6. Take a long hot bath //
7. Make a Fall favorites playlist //
8. Start a Bullet Journal //
