Romance Recommendations

Hello Loves! I hope everyone is having a fantastic week. I thought since Valentines Day is approaching fast I would share with all of you some of my favorite romantic contemporaries. I don’t read a lot of romance but the ones I like really stuck with me. So here we go, these are my 5 favorite romances!

The Kiss Quotient (The Kiss Quotient, #1) by Helen Hoang

This is the most recent romance book I’ve read and I loved this book so much! This book is about a young woman named Stella she is a on the autism spectrum and is very high functioning. She is annoyed with her mother who keeps asking her when she is going to get a boyfriend, which makes her pretty insecure. So Stella hires a male escort, Michael to teach her about sex. This book is very diverse, has a lot of steamy sexy time. Also there are a lot of heartwarming moments. This book has so much good in it.

The Deal (Off Campus #1) by Elle Kennedy

I never thought I would enjoy a sports romance, boy oh boy! I love this series so much. Elle Kennedy is one of my go-to authors when it comes to adult romance I loved how raw the characters are. Hannah and Garrett, I loved their dynamic and there banter. If you pick this up, you won’t regret it.

The Hating Game by Sally Thorne

I can now say without a doubt that it’s my new favorite contemporaries ever. I totally get the hype surrounding this book. It was so good, I couldn’t put it down! Lucy and Josh, have the best witty banter and is my favorite thing in the whole book. Josh was such an amazing romantic lead.Lucy was a great character,I loved how she stood up for what she believed in. It’s adorable, heartwarming, and everything I could have ever asked for!

Corrupt (Devil’s Night #1 ) by Penelope Douglas

This was the first book I read by Penelope Douglas. This was a dark and twisted book, but  also a highly addictive read. Rika is a good girl who always lets everyone make decisions for her until she meets Michael. The chemistry between these two are off the charts!  This book has a lot of trigger warning including rape, bullying, violence ect. This book is really dark, so if thats not your thing I don’t think you’ll enjoy this one. It’s been a few years but when I think of romance this book still jumps to my mind.

Paper Princess (The Royals #1)by Erin Watt

Paper Princess is cowritten by Elle Kennedy and Jen Frederick under the pseudonym Erin Watt. Paper Princess is about a young girl named Ella, she’s spent her entire life moving around with her mother and struggling to make ends meet. When a man she’s never heard of, Callum Royal, tracks Ella down claiming to be her legal guardian, she’s skeptical of this very wealthy man.I highly recommend Paper Princess if you’re looking for a fast paced read with plenty of drama, angst, secrets, betrayal, and a high steam factor!

I hope you found a new book with these recommendations if not let me know which ones you’ve read.
