Down the TBR Hole #7

Down the TBR Hole was originally created by Lost in a Story! The point of it is to Narrow down your GoodReads TBR shelf.

How it works:
➽ Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
➽ Order on ascending date added.
➽ Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
➽ Read the synopses of the books
➽ Decide: keep it or should it go?

The Six Books:

Deadman’s Wonderland Vol 1 by Jinsei Kataoka

I was in a really big manga mood in 2017 and I was trying to find different series to get into this one caught my eye. I still haven’t picked it up and I’ve sadly lost interest. Delete

Pretty Baby by Mary Kubica

I really like Mary Kubica’s writing style. I’m going to keep this one on my TBR for when the mood strikes. Keep

Your Never Weird on the Internet by Felicia Day

I was really excited about this book, I started it and DNF it. I just don’t think this book is right for me. Delete

Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor

I don’t know how I’ve had this book for so long and i still have yet to read it. I am so excited to be about to finally read this book. It going to happen very soon, I cant put it off any longer. Keep

The Foxhole Court by Nora Sakavic

I have seen so many mixed reviews about this trilogy, people seem to love it or really hate it. I’ve had the whole trilogy on my kindle for a few years and I might give this book a shot. Keep

Monsters Vol 1 by Marjorie M Lui

I have seen nothing but amazing reviews for this graphic novel. I can’t wait to pick it up! Keep

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Strange the Dreamer, so I think that was a good one to keep. I have a series by her (mind is blanking at the moment), but haven’t started it yet. Perhaps this is the year! And anything by Mary Kubica is worth keeping, IMHO. 😀
