Blogmas Day 2: Down the TBR Hole #2

Down the TBR Hole was originally created by Lost in a Story! The point of it is to Narrow down your Goodreads TBR shelf.

How it works:
➽ Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
➽ Order on ascending date added.
➽ Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
➽ Read the synopses of the books
➽ Decide: keep it or should it go?

The Six Books:

Feed- Mira Grant

I had this series for years now, and since buying them I have read other books by this author. It saddens me that I don’t connect with her books. Delete ✖️

The Darkest Minds- Alexandra Bracken

I really wanted to read this book before the movie was released, but that didn’t happen. Since then my excitement for this series has gone down. What do you think should I keep this book? Keep ✔️

The Final Empire – Brandon Sanderson

Funny story with this one, I ended up buying book 2 and 3. I never ended up buying book 1. I really do want to read this book though. It has a huge fan base. Keep ✔️

Vicious – V E Schwab

I’ve had such bad luck with V.E. Schwab. I’m interested in this book but I’m not dying to read it. I think it will keep it for now and see if my interest wavers or not. Keep ✔️

The Rose Society – Marie Lu

I’m sad to say that I’m no longer interest in reading the rest of the series. Maybe someday but currently I no longer feel like reading it. Delete ✖️

An Ember in the Ashes – Sabba Tahir

I really want to read this book, I’ve added to the list of book I want to read in 2019. I can’t believe I haven’t read it yet. Keep ✔️

  1. I’ve only read 2 of the books you’ve listed here – The Darkest Minds and An Ember in the Ashes and personally I loved both of them. The Darkest Minds books are actually on my ‘favourite series’ list.. I do like a good dystopian series! As for An Ember in the Ashes.. I’ve read the first 2 books but need to catch up with the 3rd.. woops! I also need to read Vicious cause everyone keeps talking about those books!!
